Core Shapers is AS9100 and ISO9001 certified.  The Core Shapers composite core manufacturing facilities, receiving quality control, process procedures, documentation, tracibility, and records retention were built around, & compliant to the aerospace quality standard AS9100 and all aspects are held to aerospace composites industry standards.

First Article Inspection reports conforming to aerospace standard AS9102 are available with all of our products.  Basic measurement reports are also available for those customers not requiring the AS9102 report.

Our facilities are climate controlled and monitored for both temperature and humidity, our customers can be assured that their raw materials & finished goods are manufactured & stored in the conditions as specified.
