Since the late 1990's the Core Shapers team has been shaping rigid foam core materials for the aerospace composites industry. The Core Shapers team has developed a mastery of 5 Axis CNC Machining, other shaping techniques, as well as, various methods of thermoforming of various core materials. Core Shapers is committed to putting the needs of our customers first by providing the highest quality product on the market, in a timely manner, at a better than competitive cost.

Portfolio
Our portfolio includes CNC machined end item production parts, prototyping efforts, in addition to tooling used as holding fixtures and layup molds, all manufactured in a facility held to aerospace composites industry standards. Our quality system conforms to all aspects of aerospace standard AS9100. First Article Inspection reports conforming to aerospace standard AS9102 are available with all of our products. Basic measurement reports are also available.

Core Shapers is an ITAR Registered Aerospace Company. We understand the requirements as set fourth in the International Traffic and Arms Regulations, ITAR, and handle all data transfer, both incoming & outgoing, in accordance to those regulations.
